"Prosecute Toddlers For Racism" Say Government Funded Advisory Group

The National Children's Bureau has advocated that pre-school teachers, daycare workers, and others working with children, record and report incidents, including expressing a distaste for the food of other cultures, involving children aged 3 and up.

A 10-year-old has already been taken to court for calling a fellow, mixed raced student a "paki" and "Bin Laden".
